UNITED NATIONS SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT GOALS
The United Nations 2030 Agenda For Sustainable Development set interlinked global goals to be a blueprint to achieve a better and more sustainable future for all. In 2015, all member nations of the U.N. signed on to its 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). This serves as an urgent call for action by all countries to end poverty and improve health and education, reduce inequality, and spark economic growth. At Food for Health I’m using the SDGs as a framework for increasing our social impact worldwide. Let’s be part of a global partnership and send a clear signal that eradicating childhood hunger is a national priority. These strategies also work to address climate change and preserve the world’s oceans and forests.
